Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes and allocating resources in accordance within the digital strategy.
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities.
- Manage and control project budget providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections through development of project cost and status reports on at least a monthly basis or as requested by project stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports highlighting the KPIs that are below targets.
- Also, coordinate root cause analysis when targets are not met and support the implementation of solutions.
- Update project details in the portfolio management system including maintenance of resource plans. Review resource time entries to identify where planned versus actuals time entries deviate.
Requirements
- Travel: Once per month up to 50% and will travel more around go-lives
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management or relatable experience, OR relevant job experience. 3+ years’
- experience in a project manager role (5+ preferred) within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems including knowing how a warehouse floor operates.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools.
- experience within a project management role. •
- Experience in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced knowledge of project management software tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.
