Deliver engaging consultations, product demos, workshops, and training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, everyday AI use cases, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Support the development and execution of action plans designed to improve the usage and impact of Microsoft 365 Copilot and everyday AI capabilities.
Support the AI Champion Network and Transformation Co-pilot community through onboarding, facilitation, recurring engagement, capability-building, and ongoing enablement support.
Conduct or support role-based gap analysis, learning needs analysis, and targeted enablement planning by function and enterprise-wide.
Facilitate recurring meetings with stakeholders to understand needs, identify trends, and surface opportunities for upskilling, coaching, and broader enablement.
Track performance against defined KPIs and help develop action plans in partnership with key stakeholders based on adoption trends, business needs, and observed gaps.
Maintain awareness of evolving Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, and related digital capabilities in order to provide current, relevant guidance to associates.
Support team workload as needed based on capacity, including consultations, training, demonstrations, resource guidance, and general user enablement.
Maintain clear and current documentation of support interactions, best practices, learning assets, and recurring guidance materials.

Title: Technology Engagement Support Specialist - AI Enablement
The Technology Engagement Center (TEC) is a hands-on, people-first hub dedicated to helping associates adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other emerging technologies.
As a TEC Specialist focused on AI Enablement and Proactive Engagement, you will serve as a trusted in-house consultant, guide, and enabler, helping business users explore possibilities, build confidence, and strengthen their ability to apply new technology in meaningful ways.
This role is centered on proactive engagement across the organization, with a strong emphasis on AI awareness, Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, stakeholder partnership, role based enablement, and measurable business impact.
You will help associates understand and apply AI tools in their daily work, support transformation-focused communities and stakeholders, and translate trends and needs into practical learning and adoption plans.
At the same time, this position should maintain enough familiarity with the other Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to support team workload as needed. What You'll Do:
Serve as a subject matter resource on Microsoft 365 Copilot and associated AI concepts, helping associates identify meaningful, responsible, and productive ways to use AI in their work.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 core tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Working knowledge of supporting Microsoft 365 apps and experiences used for productivity, communication, collaboration, and learning.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and the practical application of AI to business productivity, insight generation, and innovation.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and how it can be applied within day-to-day business workflows.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including built-in agents such as Researcher and Analyst, Agent Builder, and Notebooks.
Ability to translate AI and Copilot concepts into practical, business-relevant guidance for associates with varying levels of technical confidence and digital maturity.
Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, sufficient to support consultations, basic guidance, demonstrations, and workload coverage when needed.
Proven ability to lead end-user training, workshops, product demonstrations, consultations, or other capability-building sessions for individuals and groups.
