Responsibilities
- Deliver client training and keep training materials and documentation current as the platform evolves.
- Maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues and best practices to improve operational efficiency and enable client self-service.
- Capture and analyse client inquiries to surface patterns, and feed structured client feedback into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- You don’t need to know all of it on day one; you do need to want to learn it fast.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritise across multiple client engagements based on urgency and impact, under deadline pressure.
- Fluency in English required (the working language with clients and across Arcesium); Swedish an advantage given the Stockholm base and team.
- experience with C-suite through to operations staff.
- Work on a modern, open, cloud-native platform with the collaboration and humility of the team Limina was built on.
