Responsibilities
- Perform food safety assessments and develop pHACCP and rMMS new product/technology projects, including support to factories for implementation. •
- Ensure quality and food safety technical knowledge transfer to operations through engagement, training, and handover of projects. •
- Ensure full compliance to standards and regulatory requirements. •
- Promote compliance with system
- Support visits from regulatory bodies, such as FDA or USDA, and external certification bodies. •
- Support preparation efforts to obtain ISO and NMS certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry Engineer, Food Science, or equivalent) •
- Experience in food industry in quality, R&D, or manufacturing areas •
- - ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certification is preferred
