Responsibilities
- Create and review raw materials specifications providing details for microbiology and chemical contaminants parameters.
- Perform Food Safety Assessments and develops pHACCP and rMMS new product/technology projects, including support to factories for implementation.
- Ensure Quality and Food Safety technical knowledge transfer to operations through engagement, training and handover of specifications and guidelines.
- Promote compliance with the Management System
- Support visits from regulatory bodies, such as FDA or USDA, and external certification bodies.
- Support preparation efforts to obtain ISO and NMS certifications. What You Bring: Academic Experience:

Requirements
- Provide training to all functions which need to have an insight into quality and safety, and which need to implement quality and safety in their own job deliverables.
- Experience in food industry in quality, R&D or manufacturing areas.
- Demonstrated Competence in their field to support business requirements:
- ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certification is preferred.
