Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery. - HR Operations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Produce employment letters and templates.
- Ensure documentation is audit ready and compliant with legal and internal requirements. - Data & Reporting: Maintain high data accuracy within HR systems.
Requirements
- experience in HR Administration or a similar operation HR role preferred. -
- Experience with HR systems (Workday desirable). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is essential. - Strong communication skills to engage with employee and stakeholders across all levels. - Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. -
- Experience with UK, Ireland & Scotland payroll preferable.
