Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the estimating & bid processes for our civil projects.
- Identify labor, materials, and time
- Prepare bid packages and present final estimates to senior management.
- Maintain historical cost data and develop estimating templates and tools.
- Proven track record of estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, sitework, utilities etc).
Requirements
- Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win work and execute projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to join our team.
- experience as a an estimator in the civil construction industry.
- Proficient in necessary software is preferred (Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid,, AutoCAD, AGTEK, Excel).
