Lead Alternative Replenishment drug list operations, including Direct Replenishment, claims-only clients, and client-specific custom lists.
Produce and support recurring and ad hoc analytical reporting related to gross margin, volume, payer impacts, replenishment activity, and program performance.
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs governing complex drug list, pricing, exclusion, QA, and reporting processes. Required
Requirements
experience supporting product, operations, pricing, analytics, or program management functions. Strong Excel proficiency with
experience working with large, complex datasets.
Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools to support NDC‑level or claim‑level analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of change with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to independently prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point. Preferred
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Product Management Advisor 340B This role provides end-to-end ownership of 340B drug list, pricing, and exclusion management across Accredo, Home Delivery, Alternative Replenishment, and related specialty programs.
