Ensure the accuracy and integrity of standard costs, including bills of materials, item costs, labor routings and rates, and overhead allocations.
Lead and develop a team of finance managers (2 direct reports) and collaborate with dotted-line teams across the plant.
Analyze, explain, and report production and cost variances against standards and projections on a weekly and monthly basis; drive corrective actions to reduce variances.
Model and assess the financial impact of changes in product design, raw materials, overhead, and manufacturing processes.
Analyze and report manufacturing efficiency variances and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
Ensure all cost and financial reporting is accurate, GAAP-compliant, and properly classified.
Estimate, track, and report costs related to new product development and contract manufacturing partners.
Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting methods, systems, and procedures.
Support plant and corporate cost savings (“Enabler”) programs to deliver year-over-year productivity improvements.
Review and strengthen internal accounting controls to protect company assets, ensure accurate general ledger reporting, and maintain SOX compliance.
Independently lead plant finance activities with minimal direction while determining the best approach to achieve objectives.

Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $140,300-$201,700 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
