Responsibilities
- Redirect incoming leads to the related sales representative Create quote and order entry into the system Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed. (Sales cycle) Plan and manage the installation process of our equipment Manage deposit and final payment with our customer Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
Requirements
- You are a person who's not affraid of engagement and is organised, this job is taylored for you! Responsabilities : Answer customer basic questions about our products or services.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Practical knowledge of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
