Account Management Lead Associate - Accredo - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and maintain alignment with client expectations.
• Host client meetings and calls to share updates, address concerns, and promote new initiatives.
• Track operational performance guarantees and maintain accurate documentation for client review.

Requirements

• experience at Accredo Present operational performance metrics to clients, highlighting results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• experience in account management or client services within healthcare or benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of financials.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Experience with benefit plan administration and client retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop innovative solutions.
• This is a hybrid role and may require the ability to work in-person at any of our Cigna office locations.
