You’ll lead the development of major product and infrastructure initiatives—from AI-powered document ingestion to large-scale financial analytics systems.
What You'll Do Lead the design and development of major platform and product systems Architect scalable infrastructure for financial data processing and analytics Build systems that ingest and process financial data across multiple sources Develop AI-powered workflows for document ingestion and financial automation Partner with product and leadership to shape technical strategy and roadmap Mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team Example Problems AI-powered ingestion of invoices,
experience Proven ability to build and scale complex production systems Strong product instincts and ability to translate real-world workflows into software Nice to Have
Experience working with AI/ML-powered systems
Experience with large-scale data pipelines or analytics infrastructure
Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles CS degree or equivalent
