Requirements

- We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Creative Performance Specialist for our office in Berlin, who loves making scroll-stopping creatives for ads in digital marketing channels to support our growth journey!
- What you'll do As a Creative Performance Specialist at Flatpay, you’ll work at the intersection of data and creativity to support our digital marketing efforts.
- With an open mind, a willingness to test and learn based on data and a getting-things-done attitude, you’ll produce most of the ads we use on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and similar channels, across all the markets we advertise in.
- You don’t need to be a data expert, as you’ll have colleagues and an agency partner that are responsible for managing the ads and analyzing the data.
- But you’ll curiously follow the results of the creatives you produce, and eagerly want to dive into the high-performers and low-performers, to understand exactly what did or didn’t work, so the next creative production can work even better than the last. Your main
