Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters across cloud and/or on-prem environments Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support containerized application delivery Implement infrastructure as code Monitor platform performance, availability, and security; respond to incidents and optimize systems Develop and maintain platform tooling, automation, and self-service capabilities Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve platform usability and

- Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI with CI poly level.
- experience in Kubernetes and OpenShift to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available platforms.
- Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI poly (or willingness to obtain a CI poly) Minimum of 14 years of total professional
- experience in a technical support role Demonstrated technical
- experience with DevSecOps Demonstrated
- experience working with Kubernetes in production environments Demonstrated
- experience with Red Hat OpenShift Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker or CRI-O
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Open source and custom application deployments and maintenance experience.
- Capable of working effectively with a geographically distributed ops & development team Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and team in written and oral forums Willingness to work 90% or as needed in a SCIF environment with some on-call or after-hours onsite support for customer’s mission in either Herndon, VA; Westminster, CO; or St. Louis, MO Degree or equivalent demonstrated
- experience in a technical field. Desired
- Qualifications: Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems administration Kubernetes certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, or CKS) Familiarity with policy and security tools (e.g., OPA, Kyverno)
- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud platform architectures Background in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices
