Qualifications Basic:
experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of
experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and sustained organizational transformation
Experience using data and insights to diagnose organizational issues, influence decisions, and drive action
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at the most senior levels Preferred: 15 or more years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)
Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other large-scale, fast-paced environments
Experience in data-rich, technology-enabled, or AI-forward environments
Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce planning, investment decisions, and cost management
Experience supporting a regional business or operating in a North America-focused leadership role U.S.

This role will shape and drive the people agenda for one of Visa’s most important and dynamic regions, translating business strategy into talent, organization, and leadership priorities that enable growth, transformation, and operational excellence at scale.
