Global Brand - Consumer Products - Director, Strategic Initiatives & Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy to form 'central hub' for Global Product and Global Business units to orchestrate marketing functional responses across B2C, B2B, sponsorships, and marketing services teams.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination (QBRs, operating model, resourcing, communications, OKR setting and cadence) with the Affluent Product and
- Operate Executive Steering Committees to ensure transparency, pacing, resourcing and expectations are met for enterprise.
- Support cross-initiative planning, product launch sequencing and integration of seasonality travel calendar with
- Integrate A.I. across the team activities, drive innovation pilots that bridge the marketing portfolio under Consumer Products, and lead special projects as determined by the VP of Brand Marketing - Consumer Products.
- Set annual and multi-year marketing plans and business case for multi-year investments, across function to support capital allocations for the Office of CMO as well as Product and cross border business units.
Requirements
- Qualifications Basic
- experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred
- experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- experience in global brand strategy, brand marketing, or related field - financial services or technology experience strongly preferred.
- Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact.
- Resourcefulness with strong sense of accountability and results-oriented drive.
- Ability to initiate and drive opportunities independently across multiple complex projects that have strategic implications for the brand and company, while operating in an environment that changes quickly. U.S.
