Responsibilities
- Monitor the competitive MarTech landscape, industry trends, and emerging best practices to inform platform innovation.
- Monitor competitive AI developments in CX platforms and MarTech, identifying opportunities to position Visa Marketing 360 as a leader in AI-enabled marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful MarTech platforms or digital products that deliver measurable marketing impact
Requirements
- CX Visionary: Deep understanding of where CX platforms are headed, with the ability to shape Visa Marketing 360’s roadmap accordingly.
- AI Innovator: Skilled at applying AI to solve complex marketing challenges, focusing in driving efficiencies and innovation.
- Qualifications Basic
- experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred
- experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD At least 7 years of
- experience in product management, preferably in marketing technology, CRM, or customer experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.
- experience leveraging AI technologies in current or past roles to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
- Proven track record of conceptualizing, building, and launching AI-first products or products with significant AI components.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities in CX platforms and ability to anticipate market trends in this space.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, sales, and customer support.
- Experience (CX) and MarTech space, particularly in the adoption of AI to enhance customer engagement.
