Requirements

experience - Define and own the metrics that matter (conversion, activation, time-to-treatment) and be accountable for moving them. - Actively use AI to move faster and build better—whether that’s prototyping, analysis, or building tooling.
You don’t wait for things to exist; you make them. - Has a track record of shipping and driving outcomes—not just contributing to projects, but owning them end-to-end - Can show, not tell.
You’ll come with concrete examples of things you’ve personally led and executed—what you built, why it mattered, and what happened - Is AI-pilled.
You go well beyond basic AI usage—you’re using it to build tools, prototype products, and automate work that wouldn’t have been possible for you a year ago. - Has strong product judgment and knows when to go deep vs. when to move fast. - Is highly analytical but not academic—you can turn messy data into clear decisions. - Has a bias to action.
