Requirements

Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end AI driven solution development, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring Design and implement predictive, statistical, and machine learning models Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple domains to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize models using scalable pipelines and cloud platforms Apply responsible AI principles, including model explainability, fairness, and governance Mentor junior
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or Computer Engineering 4+ years of hands‑on
experience analytics or applied machine learning
Experience building and validating statistical and ML models in real‑world business settings
Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure)
Experience with GenAI or LLMs, NLP Healthcare industry
experience Familiarity with ML Ops, model lifecycle management, and monitoring in production Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques Solid proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL Proven solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into business impact At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
