Proactively identify legal and regulatory risk in the business and provide alternative solutions to reduce or mitigate the risk while skillfully managing legal and practical business considerations Review consultation papers from regulatory bodies and prepare summaries Prepare legal memos for new legislation and regulation updates Work closely with business functions to ensure all legal and regulatory
