Senior Product Manager, Flex and Installments Products

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a globally aligned roadmap, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, customer needs, and profitability.
• Author high‑quality product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide engineering delivery.
• Drive end‑to‑end product strategy and execution for Flex and Installments, spanning discovery, roadmap definition, delivery, launch, and iteration. Champion user

• experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred

• experience with a PhD Knowledge of consumer payments, digital wallets, tokens or other financial services or banking products Strong
• experience with solution architecture for payment platforms, including payment rails, gateways, partner integrations, and APIs.
• Experience using AI to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of product delivery
• Experience leading cross functional processes within large, global, matrixed organizations. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, driving products from concept to scale.
• Experience operating in regulated environments, with strong attention to risk, controls, and operational rigor.
