Responsibilities
- Own functional design decisions and ensure CPQ configurations scale across products, regions, and complex deal structures.
- Ensure CPQ outputs accurately reflect commercial intent, contract structure, and booking metrics.
- Ensure CPQ workflows comply with governance, approval, and audit requirements.
- Support CPQ‑related enablement of document generation and eSignature workflows where applicable.
- Drive preventive improvements by identifying recurring issues and optimizing configuration or processes.
- Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing for CPQ changes.
Requirements
- Qualifications Basic
- experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred
- experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
- experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of
- experience with a PhD Minimum 8 years of overall professional
- experience in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on PROS CPQ configuration
- experience in an enterprise environment. Deep functional expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows. Proven
- requirements into CPQ configuration and Agile delivery artifacts.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting CPQ alongside enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience supporting global, multi‑region sales models.
- Familiarity with bookings and AANR‑style sales metrics. U.S.
