Responsibilities

Lead value stream improvement projects.
Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost.
Support rapid resolution of customer complaints, including timely response, and implementation and communication of corrective actions.
Improve manufacturing operations using continuous improvement and project management tools.
Maintain, track, and report on unit/static costs and variances for assigned products.

qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other manufacturing STEM degree (completed and verified prior to start). Five (5) years
experience in Product, Process, Quality, and/or Manufacturing Engineering in a private, public, government or military environment (internships included). Additional
qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university.
Experience with Quality Registrations and systems. Proficiency in the use of statistical tools and data analysis in problem solving.
Experience in applying lean manufacturing concepts and methodologies to manufacturing.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $145,676 - $178,049, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
