Manufacturing Product Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead value stream improvement projects.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Support rapid resolution of customer complaints, including timely response, and implementation and communication of corrective actions.
- Improve manufacturing operations using continuous improvement and project management tools.
- Maintain, track, and report on unit/static costs and variances for assigned products.
Requirements
- qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other manufacturing STEM degree (completed and verified prior to start). Five (5) years
- experience in Product, Process, Quality, and/or Manufacturing Engineering in a private, public, government or military environment (internships included). Additional
- qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university.
- Experience with Quality Registrations and systems. Proficiency in the use of statistical tools and data analysis in problem solving.
- Experience in applying lean manufacturing concepts and methodologies to manufacturing.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
