Responsibilities

They conduct Lean and Six Sigma training for staff, mentor teams on continuous improvement techniques, and track and report on project progress.
Adopt a proactive mindset focused on contributing positively to the team and organization.
Address conflicts and issues promptly and directly with those involved to ensure swift resolution.
Ensure familiarity with and adherence to the rules and regulations governing the plant, recognizing it as a fundamental responsibility.

Competencies Capable of maintaining a comprehensive view of tasks and effectively prioritizing them to meet organizational objectives.
Pronounced ability to communicate and collaborate clearly and understandably.
In-depth understanding of the Alcoa Business System (ABS) to effectively implement and manage its principles and practices.
Personal Qualities: Strong Attitudes Towards Safety and HSE Work Solution-Oriented and Good Collaboration Skills Effective Communication Across the Organization Ability to motivate and inspire others, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 6.
