Requirements
- This position will also be engaged in various compliance efforts, acting as a subject matter expert to support business partners and will need to work with a high degree of independence.

- experience supporting pharmacy, care delivery, or drug distribution compliance Hands‑on
- experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, particularly related to pharmacy operations, controlled substances/DEA requirements, care delivery, home infusion, or drug distribution Proven ability to lead audits and monitoring activities end‑to‑end, including risk identification, findings documentation, root‑cause analysis, and remediation tracking
- Experience advising business stakeholders and leaders on regulatory risk, compliance requirements, and mitigation strategies Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and issue‑management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory
- Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and operational teams to support investigations, regulatory inquiries, or remediation efforts Ability to produce clear, concise compliance reporting, including dashboards, trend analysis, and executive‑level summaries If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
