  • You’ll work across partner recruitment, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline creation while partnering closely with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and other GTM teams in-region.
  • The Role: Build a high-performing partner portfolio across Northern Europe that helps ClickUp win more customers, expand partner-led revenue, and create repeatable service and go-to-market motions around the platform.
  • - Create repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays that help partners position, implement, and expand ClickUp effectively.
  • experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS. - Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in Northern Europe. -
  • Experience building or scaling motions with strategic software partners around workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation. - Clear, credible communication style with the ability to influence both external partners and internal stakeholders. - Fluent English communication skills. - Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagement, and regional collaboration. Preferred
  • Experience helping build a partner program or operating model, especially in an environment still refining its motion. - Existing network of software-focused partners across the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Northern Europe that could translate well to ClickUp’s ecosystem. - Comfort operating in a hybrid go-to-market model with both direct and partner-led revenue motions. -

  • About the Role: ClickUp is hiring an Enterprise Partner Manager to help build and scale our partner motion across Northern Europe.
  • This role sits at the center of how we expand through partners: recruiting the right firms, enabling them to sell and deliver ClickUp well, and turning partner relationships into a meaningful source of revenue and customer impact.

  • Please note, this role does require travel and in-office work days in one of our two hubs (Dublin or London) 3x per week.

  • What You’ll Accomplish: - Recruit and activate new partners that align with ClickUp’s ideal partner profile, including consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators.
  • - Build and manage a focused book of partners across the United States and Canada, with clear priorities around partner quality, partner engagement, and revenue impact.
  • - Coach partners on how to run an effective, predictable sales motion with ClickUp—from early qualification through solution positioning and deal progression.
  • - Use data and partner feedback to improve the motion over time, including which partners to prioritize, where to invest enablement, and how to increase conversion and sourced revenue.
