Requirements
- Communication style should promote a common understanding of the facility / market, vision, strategy and accountabilities.
- May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested. ​Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 + years of leadership
- experience in a hospital or large health system Demonstrated
- experience leading front‑end revenue cycle functions, including point‑of‑service collections and denial prevention.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance Financial and project management
- experience required Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Excels in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting Certifications: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) **This position pays between $92,400 - $120,000 based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.*

- The Director of Patient Access is responsible for administering and reviewing the performance of patient access functions within Ensemble Health Partners.
