Responsibilities

Requirements
- experience in production control, materials, or shop floor expediting. - 1–3 years of supervisory or lead
- experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of material flow, WIP management, and ERP/MRP systems. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset. -
- Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing preferred. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

- JOB OVERVIEW The Expeditor Team Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for coordinating the daily flow of materials through the production floor, ensuring timely availability of parts and components to meet build schedules.

- RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and coordinate a team of material expeditors to execute and adjust daily priorities based on real-time production needs.
- - Monitor WIP locations and ensure timely material movement between receiving, kitting, production, and shipping.
- - Ensure ERP/MRP transactions (issues, transfers, and tracking) are accurate and timely.
- - Identify and address potential bottlenecks before they affect production, implementing proactive solutions.
- - Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote accountability, teamwork, and proactive engagement.
