Responsibilities
- Build the models behind the business: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support AccessOne's unique business model, portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning.
- Drive commercial pricing decisions: Partner with Deal Desk to evaluate complex pricing requests, support custom deal structures, assess financial impact, and help evolve pricing frameworks for new offerings.
- Deliver portfolio and client insights: Monitor financial performance, develop dashboards and recurring analytics, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners.
- Influence cross-functional strategy: Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, and commercial leaders to align financial analysis with business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Improve how finance operates: Strengthen financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- experience using FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, or similar tools.
- Are familiar with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Hold an MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification. Have
- experience working in a post-acquisition or integration environment. We Do Have A Few

- experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
