Actuarial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor actuarial trainees, supporting their development and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Champion innovation in actuarial systems and reporting methodologies, helping us evolve and improve how we work.
Lead and manage actuarial reporting activities, including Solvency II balance sheet, P&L results, and regulatory submissions.

You’ll work across Solvency II, USGAAP, and UKGAAP reporting, while mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in actuarial processes.
experience (We are open to candidates from all backgrounds, Life, GI, Pensions etc) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business narratives Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional working.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and expert-level Excel proficiency.
Experience with actuarial systems (e.g. RAFM, Unify) is a plus. Our
