Responsibilities
- Process Engineer What you’ll do:
- Ensure stable and efficient production line operations, driving productivity improvements, reducing scrap, enforcing standard work, managing CapEx investments, and applying problem-solving methodologies supported by FMEA and Control Plans.
- Boost productivity and efficiency, increasing output through process optimization, lean practices, and team engagement.
- Achieve cost improvement goals, delivering annual reduction in LMPU and sustaining KPI performance across all production indicators. What is required:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, other related areas). Previous
- experience as industrial or process engineering is mandatory and non-negotiable
- Problem solving skills, capex management skills, lean manufacturing, FMEA and control plan, 8D problem solving. Advanced English.
