Responsibilities

Own the Trek brand and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Drive store results by meeting sales, margin, and inventory goals.
Lead visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization.
Build a C ommunity – Help inspire a cycling community that’s changing the world.

Retail Expertise: 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
