Sales & Client Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of doctors and private clinics within the UK market, building strong and long-term relationships. •
  • Design and execute growth and retention strategies through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand account value. •
  • Support clients in adopting and optimising our digital solutions, coordinating internally to ensure successful implementations and a seamless client experience. •
  • Deliver consultative and commercial presentations on new products, functionalities and services within the Top Doctors ecosystem. •
  • Manage contract renewals while proactively identifying new opportunities for account development and growth. •
  • Monitor portfolio performance, commercial activity and account evolution through CRM tools and performance metrics. •

Requirements

  • experience managing and developing B2B client portfolios with a strong focus on retention, account growth and relationship management.
  • Experience working with commercial KPIs, portfolio growth targets and customer success metrics.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and digital account management tools.
  • ✔ Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital marketplaces, technology companies or eHealth/HealthTech environments will be highly valued.
