- experience at a category-defining company, with a special focus on building agentic products that leverage the latest in AI to automate and optimize recruiting workflows.
- experience in product design for SaaS, B2B, or technology companies. - A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of typography, layout, and interaction design. -
- Experience building and evolving design systems. - Familiarity or enthusiasm for designing AI-powered and agentic user experiences. - Ability to balance high-level conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution. - Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead design direction when needed. - Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and lean processes. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions. - Happy to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
