Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Ensure equipment & required resources are available before each employee's start date.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations and key integration milestones; Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for new joiners who need it during onboarding weeks.
  • Build Scalable Processes Design and optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation.
  • Drive automation and operational excellence to support business growth.
