Night Shift Dredge Operator

Responsibilities

Monitor dredge systems and controls to maintain optimal performance and material quality.
Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues to support reliable operations.
Collaborate with plant and site personnel to ensure efficient material flow and site productivity.

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor dredging, mining, or heavy equipment systems.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment performance concerns.
Ability to work independently, make sound operational decisions, and adapt to changing conditions.
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Successful candidate must meet all applicable licensing, certification, and regulatory
Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment consistent with operational needs.
Must be able to work near water and maintain awareness of surrounding equipment and environmental conditions.
Ability to perform duties safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
