Responsibilities
- Monitor dredge systems and controls to maintain optimal performance and material quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues to support reliable operations.
- Collaborate with plant and site personnel to ensure efficient material flow and site productivity.
Requirements
- What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor dredging, mining, or heavy equipment systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment performance concerns.
- Ability to work independently, make sound operational decisions, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Successful candidate must meet all applicable licensing, certification, and regulatory
- Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment consistent with operational needs.
- Must be able to work near water and maintain awareness of surrounding equipment and environmental conditions.
- Ability to perform duties safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
