Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US payroll processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
Handle payroll compliance activities including federal/state tax regulations, deductions, filings, and audit support.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with US payroll policies and regulations. •

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly
Experience in Payments domain is highly desirable. 5-8 years of
experience in managing payment/acquiring operations for a payment processor, banks, or other financial institutions.

Processing Payment metrics (decline rates, processing, payouts, etc.)
Proactively communicating on Production issues to customers.
Handling Disputes and consulting with merchants when they need help managing their disputes or trends
Tracking Operational task efficiency (onboarding merchants, device logistics and support, working with partners to hold them accountable for SLAs, etc.)
