Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, checks, and preventive maintenance on Smith+Nephew electronic and mechanical products
- Conduct annual service checks at customer sites
- Deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal teams and external customers
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of service documentation
- Maintain excellent follow‑up on all customer‑initiated issues
- Support mentoring and development initiatives when required
- Ensure full compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Successful candidates would need the following:
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Clinical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical qualification Up to 2 years’
- experience in a technical service environment (hospital or medical device environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of electro‑mechanical repair practices
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; SAP advantageous)
