- WORK MODEL & LOCATION Snowflake operates a hybrid work model, with employees working in-office three days per week in either the Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA office.

- This role is based in either our Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA office, with in-office attendance required three days per week.
- The Senior People Partner will partner closely with Engineering leadership, the broader People Partner team, and People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and execute a people strategy that enables innovation, scale, and organizational effectiveness.
