Responsibilities
- Create email & SMS campaign calendars for a variety of clients
- Write custom email & SMS copy to speak to different groups of contacts
- Build out targeted customer journeys based on previous site activity and purchase data
- Analyze email & SMS performance and report on findings while providing strategic recommendations for the future
- Optimize the lifecycle user
Requirements
- The Email & SMS Marketing Internship is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to get real-world email & SMS marketing
- experience in a fast-paced, super fun environment.
- You’ll learn the inner-workings of email & SMS campaigns and automations and how all of the moving pieces fit together to make a lifecycle program successful.
- Learn how to execute email & SMS campaigns within multiple different lifecycle platforms
- experience based on learnings from performance data and A/B testing results
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Must have a passion for storytelling
- Must be enrolled in a course at a college or university and receiving credit for their participation in this internship program
