Responsibilities
- Advise on the tax implications of new business initiatives, including infrastructure development and energy-related projects.
- Conduct technical tax research and prepare memoranda and supporting documentation on complex tax issues.
- Review and provide guidance on tax-related provisions in commercial contracts, particularly those involving data center development, energy procurement, and regulated entities.
- Monitor and assess the impact of legislative and regulatory developments on the company’s tax position and strategy.
- Support tax analysis for acquisitions, transfers, divestments, and other complex transactions, including structuring and risk evaluation. Required
- Report any unsafe conditions and take actions to prevent personal injuries.

Requirements
- Qualifications For Position Bachelor's Degree In Accounting or equivalent At least 5 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax
- experience at a publicly traded company, Strong analytical, technical, and research skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver accurate, timely results.
- Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership, as well as train and support staff and business partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire Preferred Additional
