Responsibilities

Support the CSO and senior leadership (including commercial and technical leaders) on core strategic priorities across power, fuel, and infrastructure deployment
Drive execution across key initiatives
Prepare materials for executive leadership, investors, partners, and Board discussions
Conduct market research and synthesize insights across energy markets, datacenter demand, government policy, and nuclear infrastructure
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across commercial, finance, legal, regulatory, and engineering teams
Identify bottlenecks and execution risks across projects and drive resolution

experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar analytical roles •
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field Preferred
Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
Familiarity with power markets, datacenter infrastructure, or nuclear energy
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Highly analytical and structured, with the ability to break down complex problems
You bring an enthusiasm to the team, and imbue a sense of passion that goes beyond clocking in and clocking out.
For the first two weeks of onboarding, employees are required to be in person at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

About Oklo compensation: $165,000-$180,000

Oklo is seeking a Strategy Associate to support the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership across the company’s strategy and commercial functions.
This role sits at the center of Oklo’s most important initiatives, including power deployment, fuel strategy, capital formation, and strategic partnerships.
You will work directly with the CSO to drive execution across high-priority workstreams.
This role is designed for someone with strong analytical rigor and execution ability, who can operate across a broad set of problems and bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
