Responsibilities
- - Monitor real-time dashboards to detect anomalies, delays, and system issues across wealth products.
- - Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner
- requirements across jurisdictions. - Use data and analytics to identify trends, investigate incidents, and enhance operational efficiency. - Design and refine SOPs for recurring workflows to improve scalability, accuracy, and turnaround times. - Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and finance teams to launch and scale new investment offerings. - Support the launch and operational setup of new wealth products across global markets.
Requirements
- experience in wealth operations, brokerage operations, fintech, or investment platforms. - Hands-on
- experience with Digigold, securities, or US equities operations, including trade lifecycle management and settlements. - Familiarity with global investment infrastructure, brokers, custodians, and clearing systems. - Understanding of corporate actions, reconciliations, and investment product workflows. -
- Experience working with SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards for reconciliation, reporting, and monitoring. - Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to wealth and investment products is a plus. - Proven ability to liaise with external partners and drive issue resolution efficiently.
