Requirements
- Our clinical AI platform helps health systems streamline medication access by automating complex workflows — prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance.
- We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare.
- Has opinions about product direction, not just UI - Collaboration: Thrive in cross-functional environments; Collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM.Can articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Startup Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — adaptable, high-ownership, and able to maintain momentum through change NICE TO HAVE -
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products - Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems - Background in startups or high-growth environments (seed to Series A) - Technical fluency is a plus -
