Responsibilities

- Build the frameworks and operating rhythms that scale the team — portfolio reviews, coverage and health inspection, and coaching cadences that keep execution sharp.
- Drive the commercial outcomes for your segment — setting targets across the team's portfolios, guiding complex renewals and expansions, and feeding insight to Product, Marketing, and Legal Engineering.
- A track record of owning post-sales outcomes — accountable for adoption, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of complex clients.

WHAT YOU BRING - 10+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable client-facing field, with 3+ years managing client-facing teams — including other managers.
