Implement and Manage LMS solutions : Liaise with technology vendors and oversee the deployment, ongoing management of the LMS platform and sustainment of current BAMT specific technologies.
Utilize AI tools to support the creation and customize engaging courses, incorporating various content formats such as SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes.
Coordinate with SMEs in the ops team and meet launch target dates.
Utilize the LMS platform’s analytics and reporting tools to track learner progress, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Minimum
