Requirements

- This role will be essential in implementing AI and automation to eliminate manual work, partnering with our AI Enablement team.

- experience preparing French payroll inputs and validating outputs — you know DSN inside-out, you’ve reconciled URSSAF charges, and you’ve caught errors before they became problems - Solid grasp of Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements — not just theory, but day-to-day application to real employee situations - HRIS administration
- Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers, accounting firms, or EOR platforms — you know how to hold an external partner to a high standard - Comfort building light automations in tools like Zapier, Make, or native HRIS workflow builders — and genuine curiosity about applying AI to operational work - Fully fluent English to coordinate daily with your US and RoW colleagues NICE TO HAVE - Direct
- experience working with one or more EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster) across multiple countries -
- Experience navigating CSE elections and setup from scratch - Familiarity with US HR operations, employment law, or payroll basics — enough to provide backup coverage for our New York team - Prior
