Responsibilities
- Create trusted client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries, assisting with product questions and guiding customers through their shopping experience.
- Build familiarity with your client portfolio to identify opportunities for personalised recommendations, leveraging client preferences, purchase history and trend insights to drive sales and repeat purchases.
- Present style edits in a visually compelling way to inspire clients to purchase.
- Gather and share customer insights and buying trends with management to support commercial strategy, product launches, and future sales planning.
Requirements
- experience across all devices, luxurious packaging, easy returns and a multi-lingual customer care team that is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
- experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales and operations, with a proven ability to engage customers.
- Is digitally savvy and comfortable using tools such as Excel, Outlook and CRM systems to manage client interactions and track results.
