Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to drive issue investigation and resolution, ensuring clear ownership, tracking, communication, and closure of partner-reported issues.
- Conduct technical investigations on advanced graphics and AI techniques used in games.
- Create and maintain high-quality developer-facing materials, including tutorials, engine optimization guides, performance playbooks, sample projects, and technical documentation for game developers.
- Support Arm’s developer programs and ecosystem activities through game-focused demos, workshops, webinars, and technical talks, tailored specifically for game studios and engine developers in China. Required Skills and
Requirements
- experience developing games, building real-time graphics systems, or directly supporting game studios, and who is passionate about enabling developers on modern graphics and AI technologies.
- In this role, you will work at the intersection of game engines, graphics/AI technologies, and developer ecosystems, acting as the technical bridge between Arm’s cutting-edge platforms and game developers across China.
- Experience Strong background in the gaming industry, with hands-on
- Solid understanding of game development workflows, including collaboration between engineering, technical art, and content teams.
- Deep familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine, including engine architecture, rendering pipelines, and tooling; engine-level optimization experience is a strong plus.
- Experience or background as a Technical Artist (TA), or close collaboration with TA teams, with knowledge of shaders, materials, rendering features, and performance constraints.
- Familiarity with modern GPU architectures and graphics APIs (e.g., Vulkan, DirectX), with practical
- experience in performance analysis and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-company teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. “Nice to Have” Expertise and Proficiency
