Responsibilities
- Synchronize advocacy strategies with Motorola Solutions and MSI Government Affairs to support planning, programming, and budget influence activities.
- Ensure unified messaging and integrated customer-facing strategies for priority programs Provide supervisory oversight for the strategic program pursuits of the USAF BD Director.
- Build Silvus presence into POR pipeline opportunities at the earliest stage.
- Represent Silvus at senior DoD and industry forums — promoting leadership in contested air/space connectivity and spectrum operations.

Requirements

- QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated
- experience in strategic relationship management, account management, or government relations within the defense industry. Prior U.S. Air Force / Space Force service or senior leadership
- experience supporting relevant mission areas such as C5ISR, airborne communications, space systems, or autonomous platforms.
- Expert knowledge of USAF/USSF mission structure, budgeting, and governance processes. Demonstrated
- Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire. Must be a U.S.
- PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college History of transitioning advanced communications technologies into Air Force or Space Force programs or fielding efforts.
- Familiarity with airborne networking, resilient space-ground communications, and EW/spectrum dominance challenges in contested environments.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following: - Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing. - Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
